Three packs, three answers to who is carrying it.
All three are backpacks rather than shoulder bags, which is the point: a bag you can open while holding a child is a bag that opens on your back at a bench, not one that swings forward every time you bend. The largest has four insulated pockets and the widest opening: it lies flat like a case, so the whole inside is visible instead of being dug through. The dad bag is squarer and darker, keeps two insulated pockets on the outside where a bottle comes out one-handed, and loses about an inch of height.
The third is the one people buy second. After a year of carrying a bag built for newborn volumes, most families are carrying wipes, one bottle and a change of clothes, and the small pack, fifteen inches tall, changing pad included, one insulated pocket, is the size that stays in use. Stroller straps on all three are clip straps rather than fixed hooks, so measure the handlebar before you count on them closing around it.
4 colors, named from our own product data rather than from a photograph.
6 outside sizes, each one a link to the piece that carries it.

03Asked before ordering
What people ask us about the diaper bag before they pick one.
The small diaper backpack ships with a folding pad in its own sleeve. On the two larger packs the pad is not in the box, and the sleeve that would hold one is used for a tablet instead. The product page for each piece says which, and if a card here does not say pad, there is no pad.
The insulated side pockets take a standard bottle up to about nine ounces comfortably. A wide-neck bottle goes in, but it is a firm fit and it will not sit next to a second one in the same pocket. If your bottles are wide-neck, the four-pocket bag is the one to choose, because it has somewhere else to put the second.
The dad bag is the one that survives the transition: dark shell, laptop sleeve behind the main compartment, no prints. The insulated pockets stay useful for a lunch. We would not promise the same of the wide four-pocket bag, which is shaped like what it is.
