What we can answer quickly

Which bag holds a 17-inch laptop. Whether a cooler bag takes wide-neck bottles. Which of the medicine bags takes a padlock. Whether a color is still made. A figure on a page that looks wrong to you: those we chase the same day, because a wrong figure here is our mistake and not yours.

What we cannot do from here

We cannot see an order, change an address, start a return or reissue a refund: none of that happens on this site. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. The order confirmation in your inbox is the thread to pull.

How long a reply takes

Usually a day, sometimes two over a weekend. If a question needs a bag measured before it can be answered honestly, it takes as long as measuring the bag takes, and we will say so rather than guess.
