Editorial Policy

Mancro has been making soft cases since 2012, and this catalog is written by the people who keep it. There are no guest posts here and nothing is published for a fee.

What a claim has to survive

A number on a page comes from our own product data or from a source we have opened and read. Capacities, laptop sizes, bottle counts and dimensions are printed as we hold them, not as a product headline rounds them. Where a figure would have to be estimated, we leave it out instead of inventing a decimal point.

Anything that touches a baby’s feed or a course of medicine is written out of national guidance, quoted with the date we read it, and linked from the article that uses it. If our sentence and the guidance disagree, our sentence is the one that changes.

Quotes from customers

Where a page quotes a buyer, the words are theirs and they are trimmed only for length. We do not write reviews, we do not commission them, and we do not quote a complaint out of the sentence that explains it.

Corrections

When a page is wrong we fix the page rather than the wording around it, and the fix goes in the same day we can confirm it. Tell us at carry@mancro.net.
